Resident scammed by Rogue Trader - Please be aware

A resident was tricked into paying to have a roof tile fixed. The men said they would come back to fix others and then asked if they could go inside for a coffee. Luckily to resident said NO as there may have also been a distraction burglary! The men mixed concrete in a bucket on the drive. The vehicle involved was a white unmarked van –not a large one – with ladders on the top.
