Phase 1 of SUE development for 385 houses has been approved by NBC subject to some conditions. These are details that Kier need to provide and have approved before commencing. However we expect that building will start on site soon.

Northamptonshire Highways are intending to carry out specialist bridge inspection and testing on Bedford Road. To carry this out safely will require that the road is closed overnight from the 19th to 30th August 2019.
