Northampton Forward seeks views from the public over future of the town centre

Local Plan Part 2 consultation

A document setting out how more than 13,500 new dwellings will be delivered in Northampton by 2029 goes out for public consultation today.

The Local Plan Part 2 sets out the planning policy framework for Northampton for the next ten years and includes detail on sites identified for new housing, regeneration of the town centre, and expected quality of development.

The outline plan and design code has now been officially submitted to NBC for approval by their planning department. If you wish to comment you can click here for the details.
